Cherries & Cream Splice Cocktail

A very cherry Christmas to you, darling! This Cherries & Cream Splice cocktail is a playful twist on your classic margarita, and trust us, you’ll want to sip on this all season. We’ve kept the tequila but swapped in amaretto for a nutty depth, plus a splash of tart cherry juice and a hint of Collagen Beauty Watermelon Strawberry to keep you glowing through the holidays. Topped with fresh cherries and a swirl of vanilla-infused cream, this cocktail is dressed to impress!

  • 1.5 fl oz tequila
  • 0.5 fl oz amaretto 
  • 3.4 fl oz cherry juice
  • 2 splashes of bitters
  • 1 tbsp Collagen Beauty Watermelon Strawberry 
  • ⅓ cup thickened cream 
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp agave sweetener
  • Fresh cherries
  1. Add tequila, amaretto, bitters  and cherry juice to a shaker, mix in Collagen Beauty Watermelon Strawberry.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake to combine.
  3. Add cream to a jug with vanilla extract and agave sweetener, use a whiz stick or a mixer to combine. 
  4. Add ice to a glass, pour in cherry mix then pour over cream, top with a fresh cherry.
