These chicken burritos are built around one seriously good rice - Joshua Weissman's coriander lime rice, packed with lemon and lime zest, fresh coriander and melted butter. It's the kind of rice that makes you want to eat it on its own, and it turns an easy chicken burrito recipe into something genuinely craveable.

Smoky, marinated chicken tenderloins are air-fried (or oven-baked) until golden. Everything gets rolled tight into a jumbo tortilla and sliced in half for that satisfying burrito cross-section.

Perfect as a make-ahead lunch, a Monday-night dinner win, or a crowd-pleasing meal prep option, these homemade chicken burritos beat takeout on flavour and are ready in under 45 minutes.
