For the Frappe
2 tbsp Collagen Hot Chocolate
1 espresso shot
1.5 cups ice
3/4 cup of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
100ml thickened cream (optional)
For the chocolate drizzle
1/2 tbsp Collagen Hot Chocolate
1 tbsp water
Method
Make the chocolate drizzle by combining 1/2 tbsp of Collagen Hot Chocolate and 1 tbsp of water.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, place in a piping bag.
In a blender add 2 tbsp Collagen Hot Chocolate, espresso, ice, milk and vanilla extract.
Blend until thick and still icy.
Coat glass with chocolate drizzle. Pour in the frappe mixture.
Garnish with whipped cream and dust with a little Collagen Hot Chocolate powder.
