  • Mash avocado and add in bone broth powder, along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Add mashed avocado to the crackers or rice cakes, then top with cottage cheese. 
  • Drizzle over olive oil, then sprinkle over chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
