  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 garlic cloves diced
  • 1.1 lb diced chicken breast (2.2 lb for big eaters)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 10.6 oz sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Natural Chicken
  • 14 oz rigatoni pasta
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup pasta water
  1. In a pot, boil and season your pasta water so it’s ready to go when time to add the pasta.
  2. In a pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil, broccoli and cook for 2 minutes until lightly browned. 
  3. Add garlic, cook for another 2 minutes. Put into a plate and set aside.
  4. Turn the heat up to high, add another 2 tbsp olive oil, then add the diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 7-8 minutes, turning to brown on all sides. 
  5. Meanwhile put your pasta on, cook to packet instructions. 
  6. Add sour cream, Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Natural Chicken, parmesan and broccoli to the pan with the chicken along with ½ cup pasta water. 
  7. Simmer for 5-6 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. 
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning. Then serve into bowls sprinkle over more parmesan cheese and crack over some black pepper.
