Egg & Feta Baby Quiche

Meet the perfect lunchbox treat, or easy breakfast when you’re running out the door school shoes and socks in hand. These Baby Egg & Fetta Quiche are the perfect make ahead hunger buster that are so easy to throw together and store in the fridge, ready to go whenever you are.


4 eggs 

100 g ham

100 g goats fetta

Parsley, chopped




1 or 2 tbsp Veggie Hero

The Wholefood Pantry Pink Himalayan Crystal Salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 170C.
  2. Whisk eggs together.
  3. Slice ham to desired size.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then pour into prepared muffin tray.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
