Bring a little magic to the kitchen with this edible Gummy Garden. Layered with vibrant fruit, coconut matcha grass and colourful gummies, it's a fun and interactive snack that sparks creativity while sneaking in a little extra goodness.

  • ⅓ cup Gutsy Gummies
  • 3.4 fl oz room temperature water
  • 6.8 fl oz boiling water
  • Bananas
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwi berries
  • 1 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp Collagen Strawberry Matcha
  • Chamomile flowers
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Mint leaves
  1. Make your Gutsy Gummies by mixing ⅓ cup Gutsy Gummies powder to room temperature water. Then add boiling water. Mix to combine then pour into moulds. Set in the fridge for 30 mins.
  2. Make the coconut grass by adding desiccated coconut and Collagen Strawberry Matcha to a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Peel and trim your bananas to look like mushroom stems.
  4. Cut the ends off your strawberries to create a flat surface.
  5. Peel and slice your kiwi berries.
  6. Assemble the fruit garden starting with the matcha grass, banana strawberry mushrooms, and other fruit. Add your gummies, along with chamomile flowers and mint leaves. 
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
