And we’ve got your back with this Immunity Juice, packed with lemon, orange, pineapple and ginger for a solid hit of vitamin C and antioxidants without tasting like a science experiment. Add a serving of Berry Immune and you’ve got yourself a tasty little health hack in a glass. An absolute must this flu season.

  • 3 lemons, skin removed, cut into pieces
  • 3 oranges, skin removed, cut into pieces
  • 2 thumb size pieces of ginger
  • 1 pineapple, chopped
  • 3 apples, cut into pieces
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 3 tbsp Berry Immune
  1. Cut up ingredients into smaller chunks. 
  2. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until fully puréed. 
  3. For a smoother consistency strain juice through a sieve or cloth, or to keep the fibre pour directly into glass bottles. 
  4. Enjoy!
