Dinner is looking pretty sweet, if you know what we mean. Roasted sweet potato is loaded with beef cooked in Beef Bone Broth for that extra goodness, then topped with cottage cheese (hello extra protein!) and avocado. A drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of chilli bring it all together.

• 1 large sweet potato, halved
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• Pinch of ground cinnamon
• 1.75 lbs ground beef
• 1 tbsp Beef Bone Broth Concentrate Native Herbs
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 2 avocados, sliced
• 2 cups baby spinach
• ½ red onion, thinly sliced
• ¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
• 2 tbsp honey

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss sweet potato with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon, then bake for 25–35 minutes until soft and caramelized.

2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over high heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned.

3. Reduce heat to medium, stir in Beef Bone Broth Concentrate, pepper, and spices, cooking for 2 minutes to cook the spices and blend flavors.

4. Divide sweet potato among serving plates, then top with seasoned ground beef, cottage cheese, avocado, onion, and fresh parsley.

5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
