This breakfast has a malt-itude of flavours! Crunchy malted Weet-Bix, creamy vanilla yoghurt and a chocolate malt crackle come together overnight, with Collagen Hot Chocolate stirred through for a protein and collagen boost in every spoonful. It's an easy make-ahead breakfast that tastes like dessert but sets you up for the day.

Weet-Bix layer:

  • 4 Weet-Bix
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp malt extract

Yoghurt layer:

Chocolate layer:

  • 100g Melting chocolate
  • 1 tsp malt extract
  • ⅓ cup cup Soy protein crisps
  1. In a container, crush 4 Weet-Bix, then add the ½ cup milk and 1 tbsp malt extract, mix to combine, the press to make a firm layer.
  2. Mix Greek Yoghurt and Collagen Hot Chocolate together. Top Weet-Bix mixture with yoghurt.
  3. Melt chocolate, then stir through the malt extract and soy protein crisps. 
  4. Spread chocolate mixture over the yoghurt layer.
  5. Set in the fridge overnight.
