Matcha Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 2 tsp Collagen Matcha Latte
  • 2 tbsp hot water 
  • 1 cup oat milk  
  • 1-2 tbsp pumpkin puree 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup  
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract  
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice  
  • Optional but awesome: maple vanilla whipped cream
  1. Place pumpkin puree in a glass with Matcha Latte and mix
  2. Add maple syrup, vanilla and pumpkin spice mix, stir to combine
  3. Pour over hot milk and mix well to combine or whiz with a whiz stick
  4. Top with whipped cream and extra spice mix
