One Pan Dumpling Bake

with Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Natural Chicken

This dump-and-bake dish is so dumpling good! This cosy bake takes inspiration from @thecontrarianmoney, with a creamy coconut broth situation that soaks right into the dumplings. The Chicken Bone Broth adds extra depth, so you get big flavour without hovering over the stove. In the oven, out in about 30 minutes, and minimal washing up. Hard to argue with that!

Dumpling bake

  • 1 x 13.5 oz can full-fat coconut milk 
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Natural Chicken
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 25 frozen chicken dumplings (or your choice of protein)

Toppings 

  • chili crisp
  • green onions 
  • sesame seeds
  • Coriander

Optional to serve

  • 1.5 cups Jasmine rice
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. In a 9×13 inch pan, whisk together the coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Natural Chicken, peanut butter, sesame oil, rice vinegar and lime juice.
  3. Add chopped bok choy and stir through.
  4. Arrange the frozen dumplings on top in a single layer.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.
  6. If serving with rice, cook rice to packet instructions.
  7. Finish with chili crisp, green onions, sesame seeds, lime and cilantro if desired. Serve hot.
