Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Weet-Bix

Think of this as a proper glow up for your Weet Bix. What used to be a boring “just add milk” situation is now an overnight favourite, layered with chocolate, peanut butter and creamy yoghurt goodness. It feels more like dessert than breakfast, and with added Choc Whiz, it tastes great AND comes with added health benefits. Proof that even the old classics can learn a few new tricks.

Weet-Bix layer:

Yoghurt layer:

  • 1. cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Peanut butter layer:

  • ⅓ cup peanut butter, melted

Chocolate layer

  • 2 tbsp Choc Whiz
  • 1 tbsp milk 
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter, melted
  1. In a container, crush 4 Weet-Bix, then add the ½ cup milk and 1 tbsp Choc Whiz , mix to combine, the press to make a firm layer.
  2. Top Weet-Bix mixture with 1 cup of yogurt.
  3. Spread over ⅓ cup of melted peanut butter to make an even layer.
  4. Mix together Choc Whiz and milk, in a cup, then add peanut butter and mix to combine, pour over peanut butter layer.
  5. Set in the fridge overnight.
