Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 8X8 inch pan with baking paper.
Combine the sugar and eggs in a bowl.
Melt the butter either in a small saucepan on the stove letting it brown a little. Let it to cool for a few minutes after melting, then slowly pour the butter into the bowl with the eggs and sugar, while mixing.
Pour the batter into your baking tin. Smooth out the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until golden and slightly cracked on the top, and a skewer inserted comes out clean with a couple of crumbs.
Let the blondies to cool in the pan, remove using the parchment paper to lift out, cut into squares.
