Preheat the oven to 356°F
Mix together yoghurt, Collagen Beauty and 1 egg in a bowl
On a lined baking tray, add bread slices. Press down into the bread with a spoon to create a dip/well.
Add the yoghurt mixture to the centre of the bread then top with fruit, bake for 15-20 minutes or until yoghurt is set.
Top with maple syrup.
