Brekkie Hero

It’s a yummy, delicate, sweet, fruity taste. It easily blends into cereals, porridge, yoghurt, smoothies or baking. No flavours or sweeteners have been added.

Tricky question, and we are glad you asked because it's not a straight forward comparison. Brekkie Hero is designed to be a highly nutritious meal booster and is not intended to replace your usual serves of fruit and vegetables. Each serve of Veggie Hero contains between 12 % - 65 % of the daily recommended dietary intake of 18 essential vitamins and minerals (and no serve of any vegetable we have ever come across is able to do that!)

Brekkie Hero has been designed for the nutritional needs of kids over 12 months of age, however, if you reduce the serving size of Brekkie Hero to 2.5 g (1 teaspoon) and add it into your homemade purees, then it’s a great addition of extra nutrition for your little person from 6 months up. Please keep in mind that Brekkie Hero is not a sole source of nutrition and cannot take the place of breast milk or infant formula.

You can have Brekkie Hero any time of day. It was designed specifically with breakfast in mind, but any time you are consuming cereal, yoghurt, smoothies, baking etc, you can fit in some extra potent nutrition with Brekkie Hero.

The vitamins and minerals are all natural. We are using an amazing organic concentrated superfood blend made from broccoli, spinach, kale, pumpkin, sweet potato, sunflower seeds, kelp, chlorella, maitake mushroom and shiitake mushroom which provides a huge range of vitamins and minerals - naturally.

We are confident in our formulations, their targeted health benefits and the quality of the raw material we source to create them. Maintaining close relationships with our suppliers is just part of what we do to ensure our ingredients are the best quality available. We aim to source as many Australian and organic ingredients as possible, so we have full transparency in our supply chain, as well as support local businesses. In every instance we possibly can, we choose Australian ingredients, however, sometimes this is not always possible due to availability and seasonality. On occasion we need to go international to meet the quantity and quality of ingredients needed.
