Thaumatin and carob. Thaumatin is a very sweet protein sourced from the katemfe fruit. Carob is a naturally earthy and sweet legume. The combination of these ingredients provides a smooth, well-rounded sweetness that compliments the cocoa without the need for refined sugar or the bitter aftertaste of other natural sweeteners. Our Collagen Hot Chocolate has 0.4g of sugar per serve, so it a great low sugar indulgence.

Our Collagen Hot Chocolate is LOW fodmap & gluten free yes! The recipe does not contain any gluten containing ingredients and we make sure that Collagen Hot Chocolate is manufactured and packed in a gluten free environment.

Our collagen is sourced from cattle raised primarily on grass. During periods of severe weather or limited pasture availability, the cattle may occasionally receive supplementary feed to support their welfare. For this reason, we describe the collagen as grass-fed, rather than grass-finished, as we cannot confirm that the cattle consume grass exclusively throughout their entire lives.

Our original Collagen Beauty is unflavoured - by that we mean that we haven't added any flavours, but collagen naturally has it's own subtle protein taste. For that reason we recommend adding Collagen Beauty to flavoured liquids like smoothies and juices. If you prefer, we offer Collagen Beauty in a range of different flavours to that it can fit into any routine and taste preference.

Yes! To supercharge your collagen intake we recommend adding a serving of our Collagen Beauty with your Collagen Matcha Latte.

The Matcha flavour can be adjusted to suit your preference. For a mellow and gentle taste, you can follow the standard recipe by adding 6 grams (2 teaspoons) of Collagen Matcha Latte powder to a little hot or cold milk of choice. However, if you're a bold, hardcore Matcha lover craving a stronger flavour, you have the option to add an extra teaspoon or two of the powder to intensify its rich, earthy notes.

We use premium culinary matcha, the second harvest tea leaves, providing beautiful colour and rich, distinctive robust flavour to blended preparations (like lattes and smoothies). Our Organic DōMatcha® is authentic Japanese ground matcha, directly from Kagoshima and Uji, Kyoto where Japanese matcha originated.

EGCG stands for epigallocatechin gallate. It is a naturally occurring antioxidant and one of the main catechins found in matcha green tea.

Our Collagen Matcha Latte is gluten free. It is not vegan. Collagen Matcha Latte contains collagen which comes from animal origin.
