• Powdered Veggie Broths: Best for drinking as a cup of broth. They have a gentler, more delicate flavour and are easy to mix with water. They also include B vitamins, making them a great option when you want a nourishing drink.

That said, you can absolutely use either one interchangeably, it really comes down to your preference and how you like to use it. If you want a stronger flavour, reach for the concentrate; if you prefer a lighter, sippable broth, the powder is a great choice.
