Mix together olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, Chicken Bone Broth, salt and pepper into a small bowl
Cut cauliflower in half down the centre, then slice off a ‘steak’ from each cut side of the cauliflower, about 1 inch thick
Brush each side with the spice mixture then place on a lined baking tray
Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese, and turn heat to high, bake for a further 5 minutes until melted and golden
Garnish with parsley
