1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chilli jam
1 tsp sesame oil
1 spring onion, sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup cooked rice
- Cook rice to packet instructions.
- In a small fry pan, add olive oil, chilli jam, broth, spring onions and sesame seeds, cook for about 10 seconds to warm up.
- Add the eggs. Place a lid on for 1 minute or until the whites have cooked but the yolk is still runny.
- Take off heat and serve over rice with a drizzle of sesame oil.
Notes: The recipe serves 1, make as many serves as you like by multiplying the recipe!
