Christmas Butter Board

with Golden Latte

This Christmas Butter Board takes bread and butter to a whole new level of flavour and colour fit for a Christmas feast. Spread your butter and use it as your canvas to decorate with the toppings. If you’re a fan of fruit toast you are going to adore this fun share plate. We’ve added a little Golden Latte magic for some extra antioxidant protection. 


250g room temperature butter

½ tsp cinnamon

Sprinkle of salt

Zest of ½ an orange

¼ cup goji berries


¼ cup dried apricots diced

¼ cup pepitas

2 tbsp mint leaves

1 tbsp thyme

1 tbsp rosemary

Drizzle of honey

¼ cup edible flowers (optional)

1 fresh rye sourdough, sliced


2 tsp Golden Latte

  1. Smear butter over a wooden board, making little peaks and troughs with the knife.
  2. Sprinkle in Golden Latte & cinnamon and smear into the butter.
  1. Sprinkle over a pinch of salt, orange zest, fruit, fresh herbs, edible flowers and drizzle with honey. 
  2. Serve with sourdough slices.

Serves: 8

Ready in: 10

Note: You can make this ahead of time and store in the fridge. Allow the butter to soften slightly before serving.
