PANTRY ITEMS

  • 4 small drinking glasses
  • 3.4 fl oz room temp water
  • 27 fl oz boiling water
  • ½ cup Gutsy Gummies Strawberry
  • 5-6 tbsp rhubarb jam (or your favourite flavour jam)
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries (leaves removed) + 4 whole strawberries to garnish
  • 2 cups coconut custard

1. Make Gutsy Gummy according to package instructions, 

2. Add fruit and jam to the glasses then pour over the gummy mixture, set in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.

3. Add a tsp of rhubarb jam onto the set jelly, then top with custard and a whole strawberry. Enjoy!
