Using electric beaters, whip together cream, mascarpone, agave powder and Collagen Strawberry Matcha Latte until combined and the cream is whipped until stiff peaks. Remove the strawberry hull (green bit). Cut strawberries into slices.
In a bowl, add a little hot water to 1 tbsp matcha, mix to combine, then add the milk.
To assemble, dip the savoiardi biscuits quickly into the milk on both sides and layer into the bottom of a glass dish.
