½ cup water
220 ml good quality apple juice (or freshly juiced)
Juice of ½ lemon
¼ cup mint, roughly chopped
1 tsp honey
- Bloom gelatin in water.
- In a blender or nutri bullet add apple juice, lemon, mint, honey and Super Greens + Reds. Blend until the mint has become emulsified.
- Add to a small pot and heat until warm.
- Add in the gelatin and stir through until gelatin is melted.
- Pour into moulds and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
