Waterberry Collagen Crush

This recipe is the ultimate refreshing way to take your Collagen Beauty.

It’s like a frozen margarita, but without the alcohol (don’t let us stop you though - feel free to add in that tequila and cointreau if the mood strikes).

This recipe features our Waterberry Collagen Beauty and then adds even more skin-loving benefits by combining it with lime juice, which brings, even more, vitamin C, and watermelon, which contains the antioxidant lycopene which helps to protect the skin from UV damage and is anti-inflammatory.  (Lycopene is the same skin-loving antioxidant that is found in tomatoes. We just thought that watermelon might suit this recipe more than tomatoes - you’re welcome). And let’s not forget about the skin benefits (and just life benefits in general) of good old-fashioned hydration.

500g seedless watermelon

¼ cup water

1 tbsp lime juice


3 tbsp Collagen Beauty Waterberry

  1. Cut watermelon into small chunks and freeze for 6+ hours. 
  2. Once frozen, mix together Collagen Beauty waterberry, water and lime juice until combined.
  3. Add the frozen watermelon and collagen mixture in a high powered blender. Blend until crushed. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your blender.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately or freeze until required.
