Super Gut

Simply add 9 grams (1 heaped tablespoon) of Super Gut into 250 mL of cold water and mix well.

For children or anyone new to fibre, we recommend starting with half a serve. If you aren’t new to fibre, but notice some digestive discomfort within the first few days of use, we recommend reducing to a half dose and increasing as tolerance builds.

FOS stands for Fructooligosaccharides, which is a type of prebiotic fibre.

PHGG stands for Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum. It’s a gentle, soluble prebiotic fibre made from guar beans.

Saccharomyces boulardii is a probiotic yeast. Unlike many probiotic cultures, which are bacteria, it is a yeast and is included as part of Super Gut’s multi-strain probiotic blend.

CFU and AFU are both ways to measure probiotics, but they use different testing methods:

Super Gut is designed to be taken once daily. However, some people with a higher fibre tolerance may choose to take this product up to 2 times daily.

BC30® is a well-researched, branded probiotic strain known as Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086. As a spore-forming probiotic, it is designed for stability during manufacturing, storage and consumption.

A synbiotic blend combines live microorganisms with ingredients that are selectively used by microorganisms. Our synbiotic blend contains the prebiotic ingredients inulin, apple pectin and green banana starch, together with the probiotic BC30® (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086). Together, these ingredients form the synbiotic blend used in this product.

We carefully select our ingredients and work closely with our suppliers to understand their quality, origin and suitability for each product. Where possible, we prioritise Australian and organic ingredients to support local suppliers and maintain transparency across our supply chain. However, ingredient availability, seasonality, quality and supply requirements mean that Australian sourcing is not always possible. In these cases, we source selected ingredients internationally.
