Super Gut is suitable for the whole family. For those new to fibre, we recommend starting with a half serve. If you aren’t new to fibre, but notice some discomfort within the first few days of use, we also recommend reducing to a half dose and increasing as tolerance builds.

Super Gut is designed for daily use to nourish from within.

You can take Super Gut and Super Greens + Reds at the same time. How you do it really comes down to personal preferences.

Super Gut contains less than 1g of naturally occurring sugar per serve.

FOS stands for Fructooligosaccharides, which is a type of prebiotic fibre.

PHGG stands for Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum. It’s a gentle, soluble prebiotic fibre made from guar beans.

Saccharomyces boulardii is a probiotic yeast. Unlike many probiotic cultures, which are bacteria, it is a yeast and is included as part of Super Gut’s multi-strain probiotic blend.

CFU and AFU are both ways to measure probiotics, but they use different testing methods:

Super Gut is designed to be taken once daily. However, some people with a higher fibre tolerance may choose to take this product up to 2 times daily.

Our vision is to deeply nourish 10M people, while being kind to the planet in the process. Our bovine collagen is made by upcycling the parts of the agriculture industry that would otherwise go to waste.

Our collagen is sourced from cattle raised primarily on grass. During periods of severe weather or limited pasture availability, the cattle may occasionally receive supplementary feed to support their welfare. For this reason, we describe the collagen as grass-fed, rather than grass-finished, as we cannot confirm that the cattle consume grass exclusively throughout their entire lives.

Yes you can, but we recommend limiting your total collagen intake to a maximum of 20 grams daily.
