Super Gut is designed to be taken once daily. One 9 g serve already provides a high amount of fibre and active gut-supporting ingredients. However, some people with a higher fibre tolerance may choose to take this product up to 2 times daily.

Some high-fibre products can influence the absorption of certain supplements or medications when taken at the same time.

Our gut product contains a blend of prebiotic fibres and probiotics designed to support digestive health. For most people, it’s generally fine to take alongside other supplements like greens or creatine. However, because fibre can slow digestion, it may affect the absorption of some nutrients or medications for certain individuals, depending on the type and timing.

This company is one of the market leaders in the collagen industry and has one of the highest industry standards and scientific studies to warrant safety and efficacy. Due to the weather conditions in Germany, the grass fed cattle are fed supplemental feed occasionally due to severe weather conditions, to ensure their survival. This is why we say grass fed and not grass finished - because on rare occasions, the cattle may be offered supplemental fed.
