With cottage cheese, Chicken Bone Broth, and egg forming the wrap, then stuffed with tender chicken, creamy avocado, and pesto, it’s a flavour-packed lunchtime you won’t forget. Between the gut-loving bone broth and protein-packed filling, this is one meal that’ll have you feeling fully satisfied. When it comes to flavour and nutrition, less definitely isn't more!

Cottage Cheese Wrap

Filling: (per wrap) 

  • 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup rocket
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced (blot with paper towel to absorb liquid)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Add cottage cheese, eggs, bone broth, salt and pepper to a blender. Blitz to combine.
  2. Pour onto a lined baking tray and bake for 40-50 minutes until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool.
  3. Slice in half then divide the filing ingredients between the two wraps. Place them on one side of each wrap, then fold over. Eat straight away.
