Easy Chicken Slaw
This is one gut lovin’ Easy Chicken Slaw with gut supporting zinc and B vitamins from our naturally nourishing Chicken Bone Broth, and beneficial bacteria from yoghurt and sauerkraut. Perfect for a refreshing and filling Australian summer salad and easy peasy lemon squeezy (literally).

  • 1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Miso Ramen
  • 8 ounces shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 cucumbers, grated
  • 2 cups kale, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mint, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  • ½ juice lemon
  • Pinch of salt & pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil

  1. Combine chicken, carrots, red cabbage, cucumbers, kale, mint and sauerkraut in a bowl.
  2. Place greek yoghurt, chicken bone broth, lemon, olive oil and salt and pepper in a jar, shake to combine.
  3. Pour over salad.
  4. Toss to combine.
  5. Enjoy!
