A quiet pause sipping a warm drink, basking in the morning winter sun before the day’s hustle begins. A cheeky smile from your bright-eyed little one as they sneak into your bed for a cuddle, you notice how big they’re growing and cherish it all the more. A simple meal shared with the fondest of friends, where wine and laughter overflow becomes food for the body and for the soul. A simple moment shared in secret with your lover at midnight. A slow meander along a never-ending shoreline under an apricot sunset. A simple embrace that breathes out the longest sigh of contentment and says, I am happy when things are simple.

In a world of chaos and clutter, of hustle and hurry, we crave the simple. Simple relationships, simple routine, simple cooking. Our narrative for this recipe collection is simply that. Delicious, wholesome weekday meals with few ingredients, simple flavours and minimal cooking times that simply nourish your body and satisfy your soul.
