  • 2/3 cup Gusty Gummies (any flavor)
  • 3.4 fl oz water
  • 8.5 fl oz boiling water
  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • Star, heart, and flower cookie cutters
  • 12 skewers
  • Mix 2/3 cup Gutsy Gummies with 3.4 fl oz water in a bowl, stirring to combine.
  • Add 8.5 fl oz boiling water, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour the gummy mixture into a container, ensuring the depth is at least 1 inch, or into molds of similar depth. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set. (Tip: A silicone mold makes turning out the gummy mixture easier.)
  • While the gummy mixture sets, slice the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon into thick slices, about 3/4 inch thick. Use the cookie cutters to press out flower, heart, and star shapes from the melon slices.
  • Once the gummy mixture is set, turn it out of the container and slice it into 1-inch cubes.
  • Thread the fruit shapes, blueberries, and gummy cubes onto the 12 skewers, alternating ingredients for a colorful and fun presentation.
  • Arrange the skewers on a platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
